COMMUNITY

Community Services is very important to our organization. MTT Associates places emphasis on our involvement. We challenge our professionals to engage in community empowering activities that will enrich the lifestyles of youth and young adults. We are an organization that truly believes in the Six Pillars of Character Development and we support and participate with the Character Counts organization of Midshore, MD.

MTT Associates supports the community it operates in. MTT Associates participates with public schools throughout Maryland. We also support civil and faith-based programs for youth and adults. MTT & Associates holds a unique responsibility for outreach and public service to support the citizens of Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Washington D.C. MTT Associates engages in collaborative activities with Park and Recreation Center, Schools, and Faith-Based partners to disseminate and apply knowledge.

As the President of MTT Associates, I find it to be very important that we empower our community. We have an initiative to support enrichment activities that encourages development of the whole person. MTT Associates will become a magnet of hope in communities from where our employees reside. It is my belief, "iron will always be the best way to sharpen iron".
